Refund and Return Policy

At MyGuideCrypto, we offer digital products that are supplied via download or electronic access.
Due to the nature of these products, delivery may begin immediately after the order is completed and payment is made.
1. Digital products and the final nature of the purchase
All purchases of MyGuideCrypto digital products are considered final sales once the supply of digital content has commenced, unless a right to reimbursement, rescission, or compensation established by applicable law applies.
Upon making a purchase, the customer acknowledges that the purchased product is digital content and that, where applicable, delivery may begin immediately after the purchase.
2. Right of withdrawal for European Union consumers
When the buyer is a consumer residing in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance purchases may not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when:
- the consumer has expressly requested that the supply of the digital content begin before the withdrawal period expires; and
- the consumer has expressly acknowledged that, upon commencement of the supply, they lose their right of withdrawal.
For this reason, before completing the purchase, MyGuideCrypto may ask the consumer to expressly confirm their consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal, where legally applicable.
3. No refunds are issued for changes of mind.
Once the supply of the digital product has commenced No refunds will be issued for reasons such as a change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of interest, failure to use the product, or a decision not to use the purchased content., to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The fact that the client has not opened, read, or used the file after gaining access to the content does not, in itself, entitle them to request a refund where the right of withdrawal has been validly excluded.
4. Defective content or content that does not match the description
This policy does not limit or exclude the legal rights to which the consumer is entitled when the digital product:
- has not been supplied;
- cannot be downloaded or accessed correctly due to a problem attributable to MyGuideCrypto;
- exhibits a significant technical defect;
- does not substantially correspond to the description provided prior to purchase; or
- does not meet the applicable legal conformity requirements.
In such cases, the customer must contact us so that we can analyze the issue and, where appropriate, offer a solution in accordance with applicable law.
Depending on the nature of the problem and applicable legislation, the solution may consist of re-supplying the content, resolving the technical issue, providing a corrected version, applying a price reduction, or issuing a refund where legally appropriate.
5. Download or access issues
If, after making a purchase, you have trouble downloading or accessing the purchased product, please contact us at:
Include, whenever possible:
- name used during the purchase;
- email address used to place the order;
- order number;
- problem description;
- screenshot of the error, if applicable.
We will attempt to resolve any access or download issues as quickly as possible.
6. Buyers from the United States
Purchases made by consumers located in the United States are subject to this policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
When federal, state, or local legislation grants the consumer additional rights that cannot be excluded by contract, such rights shall prevail over this policy.
7. International buyers
For buyers located outside the European Union and the United States, this policy will apply to the extent permitted by the mandatory laws of the relevant country or jurisdiction.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit consumers' legal rights that cannot be excluded or waived under applicable law.
